THE Egg credit card is a really superb all-round card, offering tonnes of offers and deals making this card great for almost all credit card usage.
For the rate tarts amongst us, the Egg credit card will be sure to please, offering a fantastic 0% balance transfer deal until September 2009 - that's almost 14 whole months! On top of this, you'll also get an additional 0% balance transfer rate for 5 months on the anniversary of your account opening in 2010 and 2011.

Transfer your balance now, and in the future
The Egg credit card offers a 0% balance transfer rate until September 2009 now, and then you'll get another 5 months next year, and the year after that.
There is a 3% handling fee on introductory balance transfers and a 2.5% handling fee on following year balance transfers, but this will be certainly much less than any interest you may be currently paying.

The Egg credit card offers up a service that makes using a credit card what it should be; safe and secure, looking after your money and your purchases.
As an Egg credit card cardholder you'll receive free purchase protection covering your purchases for up to £1,000 against damage, loss and theft until you get them home or for up to 30 days.
With your purchases covered, you're money will also be protected too, with Egg's Internet shopping guarantee; which offers guaranteed protection against any fraudulent transactions made without your consent. So with the Egg credit card you can shop online happily, in the knowledge that both your purchases and your money will be kept safe.
The Egg credit card also provides free travel accident insurance when you pay for your trip with the card. You and your family will be covered against serious injury and death whilst abroad for up to £50,000. Please remember though, this is not a substitute for comprehensive travel insurance.
